About Rosedale Farms
Who We Are
Rosedale Farms is a modern dairy operation grounded in care, consistency, and commitment. From our family to yours, we take pride in producing high-quality milk and running farms where animal care, responsible practices, and strong values come first.
Our Story
Farming runs deep in our roots—but Rosedale Farms started with a clear-eyed focus on the future. After growing up around heifers and working on local dairies through FFA and 4-H, Paul Keener founded the farm in May 2012 with 200 cows and a vision for something bigger. Today, we’re milking over 1,700 cows across two Ohio locations and continuing to grow.
From day one, we’ve done things the right way, hauling our own milk, partnering with local crop farms for feed and manure, and investing in the tools and people who keep things running smoothly. Our milk stays local, going directly to Michigan Milk Producers in Canton, OH, and Brewster Cheese in Brewster, OH.
This work is personal. It’s about doing right by the land, the animals, our partners, and the people we employ.
What Matters to Us
We care about more than just the bottom line. Here’s what drives us:
Quality Without Compromise
From milking to hauling, we manage every step to ensure our milk meets the highest standards.
Pride In Our Work
Every member of our team plays a role in doing things the right way—no shortcuts, no excuses.
Investing in People
We believe in promoting from within, celebrating our team, and creating an environment where people can grow.
Integrity in Every Step
Whether we’re caring for cows, communicating with partners, or managing our land, we do it with honesty and respect.
Growth with Purpose
We're not expanding for expansion’s sake—we’re building a sustainable, reliable operation that lasts.
Leadership
Paul (Owner & Founder)
Raised around cows and driven by a deep respect for the land and the people who work it, Paul founded Rosedale Farms in 2012 after earning a degree in Agricultural Business from The Ohio State University and gaining hands-on experience on farms across the country. He’s a family man—partner to Shyann and father to Jack, Henry, Emberly, and Ella—and an advocate for the industry, currently serving on the board of both Michigan Milk Producers and ADA Mideast.
"We make milk—but more than that, we provide nourishment for people, animals, and the land. That’s the responsibility we carry every day."
Looking Ahead
We’re always working to do better—expanding our herds, optimizing operations, and investing in continuous improvement. As we grow, we’re looking for partners, people, and practices that help us strengthen the future of dairy farming in Ohio and beyond.
