Farm Labor
Jeromesville or Ashland — Help care for animals, assist with daily operations, and support our feeding and milking teams.
Truck Driver
Based in Jeromesville — Drive our milk routes or haul feed/manure locally. CDL preferred. Flexible hours and reliable schedule.
Maintenance & Equipment Support
Both locations — Maintain and repair equipment used on the farm, in the barns, and in the field. Mechanical experience required.
We're Looking For
We’re looking for team members who are:
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working around animals and machinery
- Skilled in maintenance, driving, or farm work
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Respectful, team-oriented, and eager to learn
