Rosedale Farms

Our Farms

Rosedale Farms operates two dairy farms in northern Ohio, each built with care, efficiency, and long-term sustainability in mind. From the cows we care for to the milk we haul ourselves, our farms are the heart of everything we do. Both locations feature sand lane systems that help us reclaim and reuse bedding—just one example of the thoughtful, closed-loop practices we put in place to keep our operations clean, sustainable, and productive.

Behind the Scenes

Behind the scenes, a lot goes into making sure our farms run smoothly—and our cows stay comfortable. Each barn is equipped with fans, curtains, and, in Jeromesville, sprinklers to keep temperatures regulated during the summer. Cows are bedded on reclaimed sand and barns are flushed six times daily for cleanliness.

We track individual cow health using activity-monitoring collars, which track eating, movement, and production data. Our nutritionist visits weekly, hoof trimming happens biweekly, and pregnancy checks are done monthly. Every decision we make is rooted in our commitment to animal health, clean facilities, and efficient operations.
